I’m not sure why I decided to give Panera another chance. Every time I've ordered their BBQ chicken sandwich, it arrives either without the sauce or missing some ingredients, and it’s always poorly put together. This visit was no exception. To make matters worse, the smoothie tasted watered down!

The staff is wonderful, but the espresso machine frequently breaks down and takes days to repair. They fixed it today, but unfortunately, their toaster was also out of order.

Overall, it was a great experience. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Baja Chicken dish turned out to be! I'm definitely a fan!
