Tim Hortons - Lacombe

This restaurant is definitely one of the most popular spots in town! What sets it apart is the efficient and friendly staff who genuinely care about their work.

Similar to McDonald's, this restaurant frequently makes mistakes with orders or forgets to give you items you ordered. Additionally, they try to rush you by handing you food before you can even park your vehicle. They make rude comments under their breath if you take a moment to check your bag. Unfortunately, every time I don't check, I have to go inside and correct the mistakes. I wish they would slow down a bit and focus on getting things right, as that is how they became successful in the first place.

Servers are very rude. Obligated order, not even thank you.

Went here to grab 2 small iced coffees and a bagel and while I pulled up to pay, the gentleman at the window said I had to pull over to a stall for ice Capps because it’s been over 46 seconds and it will go to head office if it takes longer. I said since I paid already I would like to wait for my ice Capps. A women came to the window and told me to move and then proceeded to stick her head out the window and yell at the truck behind me that it was going to take 20 minutes for them to get their order and then she went back in and closed the window. Then, the gentleman came back with my 10.00 and told me he couldn’t serve me. All the while I could have had my two ice Capps but instead it turned into a major ordeal, very very bad customer service here.

Stopped in yesterday...mid afternoon. Ordered 2 breakfast wraps. After ordering and paying was told no eggs and asked if we wanted someting else. Then told 6 minutes for our wraps if we wanted to wait. 35 minutes we waited. Way too long for fast food ! Very disappointed!
