McDonald's - Lachute

The staff at this restaurant is polite and the facilities are well-maintained. However, I am giving this establishment a 2-star rating because it is one of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Despite quick order taking, there is a significant wait time for food. Many customers, including myself, stop at McDonald's because of time constraints, not for the quality of the burgers. On top of long wait times, I also received cold breakfast burritos that were reheated instead of being replaced, resulting in dry tortillas. Be prepared to wait if you have no other dining options available.

The restaurant is run by young children. There were few customers and the wait was very long. The staff was too busy talking to each other instead of attending to customers. My order was incorrect but I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for it to be fixed.

I stopped there to get chicken nuggets and a blueberry pomegranate smoothie and I have no complaints ??

I was disappointed to see the drive-thru employee handling muffins with her bare hands multiple times at the pastry case, while the manager/owner casually sipped her coffee behind the counter. This goes against basic food safety practices.
