SoI was there last week with my friend. Beautiful day and we stayed outsidewe waited 15 minutes, the guy who served outside just ignored usI was going inside to the 2 girls at the bar (the girls are doing nothing, just laughing and making fun about the guests in their languages) I ask them if someone can serve us outside and they just said too wait till the guy will come to us but in a very arrogant manner. Tue guy is just enjoying the sun outside without doing nothing. Another 20 minute and nothing, he just walked near us and ignoring us, he was doing nothingjust walked. We just left and he didn’t care. Watching us and smiling arrogant. Today same situationI was with my boyfriend there, just 2 people inside and this guyno good evening, no respect, nothing. We just waited 20 minutes for him to come to serve us. NOTHINGjust ignoring. Another man comes inside and he served him. Somy question is. Do you guys don’t need money????? Why do you hire this ignorant people? So arrogant and without educating and respect? I have a lot of friends that speaks about the bad service they offer. I’m a waitress too but I have respect for my work place. I will never go in this place again. Shame on you guys!!!

Very nicely located hotel and restaurant, right on the lake, the food is fantastic.

Nice place in the port of Lachen. Unfortunately not the most motivated service staff (after 15 minutes the order was taken, after 30 minutes the drinks came, which were then billed incorrectly). Rather not recommended if you are bound to the train timetable.
