Koibito One Sushi&teriyaki - Lacey

I love this place, it's become my go-to sushi spot in the Olympia area. I've tried some other places but none compare to this place, their sushi and potstickers are great! The rice isn't vinegar-y either if that is something you're sensitive to in sushi. Also love the decor inside, and the staff work extra hard to make sure your food comes out right! My only complaint is how expensive it is, which makes this more of an every-so-often treat instead.

Actually one of my fave restaurants. The foods so good and presentation is really nice !!

Edit: I used to have this placed as a perfect 5/5.The food is pretty decent. I would highly suggest going in person.They have some serious issues with take-out/delivery. They use super cheap styrofoam takeout containers and then put your food in it while its too hot. The styrofoam disintegrates into the food and becomes inedible unless you like the taste of chemicals. I've had fried rice melt straight through the bottom of my containers.

Needed a sushi fix. Service was good but the sushi rolls were just ok. The scallop one lacked flavor and was not very substantial. The deep fried one was better. 3 rolls for $39.95 included miso soup. So with tip and tax $50 or so.

Food was okay not the best.First time Chicken Katsu has sauce on top it’s usually on the side. Must of been nice to have it on the side.Probably won’t come back.
