Ordered a whole Peter Luger, disappointed in the roast beef. Lots of fat, had to throw out much of the roast beef. Bread and cheese was good.I’ve ordered this sandwich many times in the past, first one that was this disappointing

Was a fan until yesterday...Ordered 4 trays, when I removed the top of the eggplant rollatini, it was burnt black around the edges, and the chicken fuschiello was tasteless and bone dry. I had no choice but to serve it to my guests but I was embarrassed. This order was a pick up, and when my husband arrived home, they forget to give him the paper products, so I had to run to the store....

I have ordered trays of food several times from here and they never disappoint. Ordered a half tray of eggplant parm for my Italian family and it was a big hit.

Well another one bites the dust. This morning i ordered a chicken cutlet BLT (half sub) with american cheese and mayo. Absolutely horrific. Chicken cutlets were ridiculously tough and chewy. Like having bubble gum chicken in my mouth. These cutlets had to be made ahead of time (probably yesterday) then recooked turning them into an overcooked cardboard texture. Bread was fresh but skimp out on the lettuce and tomato wasn't a good look. Asked for crispy bacon and got regular fatty pieces.... Greeeeeat more meat bubblegum. Waste of $9 and will never be back. By the way the cook in the back had no gloves on and the place was a ghost town. I can see why.
