Domino's Pizza - Lacey

I asked for extra spinach and mushrooms and I see tiny amount of them…

Always a go to for my family. Everyone is nice when we go in.

Asked for Contactless Delivery, with instructions not to ring or knock. The delivery driver rang our bell twice anyway apparently to collect another tip on top of what was already included with the mobile app. The driver wouldn't leave until we answered, so people in the house were woken, and we had to shuffle disturbed pets out into the yard first. Adding this on to the fact that we had reordered this as a replacement for our poorly made Cheese Dip and Parmesan twists just 30 minutes prior (none of Domino's links for reporting issues actually work). The cheese dip was rock solid and twists were dry with no seasoning (so we added our own). It's been good in the past but poor quality control and procedures. This is the first time our contactless instructions were completely ignored, but I read similar reviews with this happening (as well as doubled up tips) at this location. We won't be ordering from this location again.

I don't do business with people who steal from me. This is the second time the driver has forgotten drinks or some part of my order. No refund?!?! That is thievery plan and simple. If I stole $20 from you you'd put me in jail, why is it ok for you to steal from me?Normally this is pretty standard Domino's, but lately it has been lacking. Knowing I have to tip BEFORE delivery doesn't work when they forget $7 in drinks and don't refund it. Seems like it should be stealing? I don't like being stolen from, no thank you.

Had Extravaganza delivered, ordered extra Mushrooms but doesn't look like they even added extra mushrooms. Not many mushrooms on pizza at all. I would have used the complaint on the app but I figured it would not be worth my time to complain about extra mushrooms not being added to the pizza.
