Despite not having any of the product I wanted ready, and despite not expecting to prepare any for about an hour, the associate, Ryan, went ahead and prepared a fresh batch of Cheesy Meatballs so that I could purchase some. Thanks for the excellent customer service Ryan!!

As a regular customer, I enjoy certain benefits ... such as the clerks anticipating my purchase. Ryan and Topher are always ready to serve up my habitual 'Big Byte ' and even the other newcomers are learning. ;

Excellent customer service from Ryan and the brand new guy Jordan! Welcome aboard Jordan. This store however, seems to have an issue with items that are ordering not making it to the store, it has been more than a month now that I have tried to get ice and more than 2 weeks not trying to get a Super Big Gulp and this is not the only store having this issue. The next nears corporate store also have the issue. I guess corporate 7-11 doesn't care about there stores and keep supplies in for their regular customers. Guess I will start looking at going to A.M.!

A very nice but heavily accent was having a rough time while we were there. That localized could use 2 people if for no other reason than to be a witness when needed. The outside cameras look ancient. Security needs an upgrade
