We discovered this jewel that is less than 10 minutes from where I live. The restaurant is only out and you need to pick up your order during the day so that you can pick it up in the evening (5pm). Please note that the restaurant only works from Thursday to Sunday and only accepts cash payments. The sushi is sold in sets ranging from $29 to $50, enough for 2 people. However, this prize is a premium for the outstanding quality of sushi. The chef of the restaurant does not cost his high-quality ingredients. The set we ordered (Shefford) was excellent, and my partner, who is Japanese, found that it tasted even better than the sushi served in Japan, especially the temaki (hand rollers). Soy sauces, ginger, wasabi and chiffel are also included in each set.
