Ana And Cindy's Cuban Cafe - Labelle

Today was my first day visiting this restaurant. I don't like to be a difficult customer, but something funny happened during my visit. The cashier, a sweet lady with blonde hair, took my order over the phone. I told her what I wanted, but she gave me the opposite. I didn't want to complain, as I prefer not to make a fuss. However, things took a turn when she dropped the tweezers on the floor and proceeded to clean them on her jeans right in front of me. It was too early for me to start complaining, so I decided to leave. But then, just 5 minutes later, she called me and said I had forgotten my coffee. I informed her that I hadn't forgotten anything, as she had failed to give it to me in the first place. I was quite frustrated with her service as she also worked very slowly.

I ordered two Cuban sandwiches. The flavors were good, but the quality of the bread was not great and one of the sandwiches was cold. The order took over fifteen minutes to be prepared, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Considering the price of almost $10 per sandwich, I expected better quality.

This is a lovely little spot with friendly staff. I dropped by early in the morning to grab a café con Leche before heading to school, and they made it fresh and just right.

Super friendly staff. Overall food was great. Amazing pork sandwich and delicious café con leche. Will definitely be back when in the area!
