Bidrage med feedbackJust a few times have been here, but I love it. great personal and great eating!
The fried tacos were absolutely grand! Staff was polite and attentive.
We are from Lincoln, and it was our first time at Ref’s Sports Bar. We were there for my brother’s birthday party. We found the wait staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and attentive, even being extra busy with a fundraiser also going on out in their parking lot. This place has your typical local sports bar atmosphere, good drinks, great food, and a lot of big TVs for watching sports. Everyone had an enjoyable time. The Owners ROCK on customers concerns too: Our son was mistaking charged for an extra 4 drinks, but all of us, being in a hurry to get back to Lincoln before the storms hit did not realize the mistake, just “Assumed” their drinks were way overpriced for a sports bar. I private messaged them on Facebook about the concern and Angie, the owner, responded immediately. She took all the information needed to look up their tab and noticed they were charged for 4 additional drinks they didn’t order. She refunded them the extra charges without hesitation, or questions asked! Thank you, Angie, for making an error right!! You and your husband are good people and business owners. Keep up the good work!!
Stopped in for the first time. Took a hour to get food and it was over done and luke warm. Waiter only chkd on us twice.....i think they're understaffed. I'll stick with DJ's Dugout.
This was our go to bar for a very long time. But one off night by a bartender who would take our empty drinks and not bring us new ones. Not one time but 4 different times. Where even a stranger at the bar even noticed it and said something to us about it. We never said anything just stopped going but then went back and talked to the owner about it. She said maybe she was just busy. We were sitting right by the beer cooler. She could get everyone else at the bar a new beer but not us. That’s not being too busy. That’s purposefully being ignored. All because we didn’t say please after having to ask 3 times if they could change the channel on a tv. She made the bartender come over to us to apologize. We didn’t feel it was sincere and we stated that and that was the end. We stayed drank and enjoyed ourselves the rest of the evening. Advance a week to last night we go in to sit at a table with a group of people and to avoid the bar area. As soon as we sit down we get called outside by the owner to say he can’t have us “fighting” with the staff. Please explain how we were “fighting” with the staff when we never spoke to anyone. That’s fine we’ll take our $200-$300 that we used to spend in there almost weekly somewhere else. There’s something to be said as to why a lot of the regulars aren’t in there so much anymore. There’s plenty more bars around.
