Ms. Joy, we,your customers loved red ribbon,we all know that ..Sana Hindi masira ang pangalan ng red ribbon dahil lang sa pinapakita mong attitude towards your customers ..especially this Christmas seasons ..we really want your cake to be part of our family gathering this Christmas pero dahil sa attitude mo,we choose to buy from other bakery.. it's so sad that because of yor attitude you loose one regular customer .. I hope no one will experience the same serviced I encountered from you
