Mission Deli Mesa And Grill - LA VETA

During our visit, there was no menu available, only a nacho bar. I've heard they now offer more options. The ambiance resembles that of a pub, and the service was satisfactory.

We spent an hour and 45 minutes at the restaurant and barely received one drink. Our order was taken eventually, but a table of four that arrived much later received their entire dinner while we were still waiting for our appetizer. We were never offered another drink, and it seemed like the restaurant was out of nearly everything. Several groups left without being served. When I inquired about why the table of four was served before us, I was told to "get my wife and leave." This experience was my first and last at this establishment. I've dealt with poor service before, but this was exceptionally bad! I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere had a sophisticated feel without being overly formal. Our young waiter was exceptional. We enjoyed our meal outside, accompanied by the lovely sounds of a talented guitarist serenading us.

The food is decent, and the mixed vegetables with cheese are particularly tasty. The atmosphere is average for a Mexican restaurant. However, the place seems to be understaffed, as there are dirty dishes left on tables, and the menus are a bit soiled.

During my visit to town to see family, I took a walk with my nephew and passed by this restaurant. The smell of rancid oil was overwhelming, and we also noticed oil splattered all over the adjacent building. I can't understand why they would let their establishment emit such a terrible odor. It definitely deterred me from wanting to go inside and eat there.
