Corner Butcher Shop - La Verne

After dining at The Corner Butcher Shop for lunch, I purchased Tri-Tip and Mac and Cheese for our Christmas family dinner. The Tri-Tip was outstanding, and the Mac and Cheese was quite good as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

We visited this restaurant for the first time today, and although it had great reviews, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We ordered the tri-tip sandwich, a hot dog, and a rib plate, along with sides of beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, and a few desserts. We were absolutely amazed by the food—this is how BBQ should taste! My husband loved the ribs so much that he didn't even feel the need to add any BBQ sauce; they were that good. The mac and cheese was also excellent—creamy and flavorful. The tri-tip was cooked to perfection, and the hot dog was gigantic. We left feeling completely satisfied with our dinner and can't wait to go back!

The staff is intelligent, friendly and accommodating. You have everything you can imagine and more. Australian and Japanese Wagyu, Ente and venison. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs a good butcher.

Love this butcher shop. Buy fresh turkey for Thanksgiving for a few years. Just began to buy more meat, and were not disappointed. You make a great meat loaf that you can cook at home, as well as a fajita blend that is just fantastic. I also want to add the left sausage without the casings to dishes. Staff and owners are super helpful and friendly.

The brisket here is fantastic! The barbecue sauce that accompanies it is absolutely perfect. The potato salad is also excellent. This is truly gourmet barbecue, no joke!
