Unfortunately, having the Val Durasca as a comparison, the level is decidedly lower.... But much lower... The small, raw panigacci... A platter of raw ham, half of which is just fat... The hard testaroli, almost al dente ... Low quality wine .... All for €40 per person .... What can I say ... Without any malice but we will not return
