Boulangerie Saint Nicolas - La Rochelle

The dishes are good, very good, well garnished, we loved it! the setting is pleasant, very well decorated, nice furniture. but what was most appreciated was service: two super friendly, hyper-available and very effective people, it was really nice! possible improvement point: to plan a small apron, to avoid serving with its city outfit and then it can give a nice touch of service that would go well with the frame.

An excellent address to remove the port. a modern and industrial setting at a time. fast and efficient service. The kitchen is at the level, simple and excellent. at night, a unique offer of a menu for euros. the fish with its potimaron purée with fruit citrus and the calf rib were top. Apple tartar and excellent cream burnt. Small nice wine card. the musadet's advice proved very relevant.

Nous étions à la quête d'une bonne boulangerie à La Rochelle et je pense que nous l'avons trouvée. Le pain est très bon, la mie dense et délicieuse.Les viennoiseries sont savoureuses. Le croissant est bien beurré.J'ai également pris un pain aux raisins. Je n'avais jamais vu un feuilletage pareil! Information pratique, la carte bleue est acceptée dés 5€ il me semble.

Cette petite boulangerie propose des produits peu nombreux mais d'une qualité gustative incroyable. Les différents pains proposes sont à goûter. La brioche est incontournable. Les pâtisseries sont aussi très bonnes mais il y a peu de choix. L'accueil est aussi très souriant, vous avez aussi la vue sur le fournil.

Excellent pain sans doute un des meilleurs de La Rochelle mais avec un petit sourire il serait encore bien meilleur !!!Surtout ce serais bien de séparer la boutique du labo !!!
