Le Bie - La Roche-sur-Foron

I was just there because our traditional restaurant in La Roche was full on this day (on Thursday) and I had a very pleasant surprise. Small restaurant, but very nicely decorated. Extremely friendly staff and excellent food. I had the Saucisse de Morteau (exit from the Franche-Comte region in East France), which was simply excellent, combined with a large red wine. Definitely will go back next time!

But what address!!! A very beautiful menu, a friendly welcome, cuisine without a false note in both taste and products! Well done to the chef! Everything is perfect, a wine list and advice... No need to look further on the rock personally. Third time and still just as excited. I highly recommend
