Sawa Sushi - La Quinta

The sushi is delicious! I've been here two times and I love it. The fish is so fresh and tastes great. The staff is not too talkable, but they are generally nice. Definitely recommend.

Good sushi, good sizes, very yummy. But the only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because their take away containers are not reusable, nor recyclable. With those sushi prices they should invest in something a bit more environmentally friendly. I had to go get my own Tupperware because their white styrofoam is just unnecessary packaging that goes in the garbage. I hope they take a step towards kindness there :

Rolls were well prepared and presented. Decent portion sizes were fresh and flavorful. The salmon nigiri was something special this day...truly melt in your mouth goodness. Do try the Orange Naruto Roll (no rice). Fresh and a great roll to start off the rest.
