They used to be quick, you would think only 3 items in the menu but now in days they are so slow... waited 45 minutes for a double double combo... 45 minutes is like where you growing the potatoes or something.. also their customers service was very friendly now very dry..and to top it off my food cold

The employee was very friendly. We had got our food and paid and I had asked for paper hats for my kids. She got them right away for us. The food was delicious and made correctly. I will definitely be going back.

In n out doesn't disappoint. One of the best fast food places around. There is always a line, but they have a system that gets you thru pretty darn fast. Prices have gone up a bit, but you get better quality burgers here than Burger King, McD's or even Carl's. We love it!

Don't know how the workers do it in such a small place but holy hell kuddos to them and I hope they get paid well to do it. Lines are always long for driving but easier to order in person. Never had a bad experience and love how late its open.
