Apple Spice Junction - La Plata

I placed an order over an hour ahead with a set 10 minute time slot. I go to the store at the time set. 4 parties came in, ordered, and got their food in the time I waited. I left with my order 25 minutes after entering the store. The soup we got has fully raw potatoes and there were a few differences between what we got and what the menu said (different cheese on sandwiches than listed, etc. Generally just subpar and kinda disappointing.

Workers are so nice and courteous, food is delicious, couldn't ask for anything better

First time I tried the herbed chicken sandwich from Herndon VA location they put a huge piece of chicken breast whole and very well seasoned. Today I tried the La Plata location and they cut the chicken into strips like you would do in a salad and it lack of season.

My go-to spot. The sandwich and salad are a great value. The portions are great. The full salad is big enough for a meal, which is great. I do wish they stayed open longer. On weekdays. And being open on a Saturday would be wonderful .

Love this place. Nice fresh salads and sandwiches. Love the baked bread slices you get with the salads and the honey butter is to die for. The brownies are fantastic too.
