I waited 30 minutes for wings. There was no concern about the customers who had been sitting in the lobby. The cashier at the register ate a full plate and my food still hasn?t come out.

I don?t know where to start, but the customer service first and foremost is UNTOUCHED! The young lady who took our order over the phone was extremely sweet! The food is absolutely DELISH!!!! Full of Flavor, Hot, and the amount given(OMG)! My husband introduced me to the wings loaded fries and let me just say this is my second time visiting from Prairieville in one week!! Will definitely be returning!

I called to order for my son and I the wait was 20min it took 40min to receive my food. Once I received my food I got home to eat when my son tells me his hamburger isn?t cooked. I called to inform them and the host was very rude ended the call before I was able to finish talking. Once I got there they where extremely unfriendly and wouldn?t even knowledge me standing there I asked for two cooked burgers and was told they wouldn?t make it they would refund me and walked away.

Yes very rude allowed ppl to cut in line for paying and ordering Im not racist person but seemed bc I was white that I wasn?t a valued customer that?s the vibe I received and will not be going back

The staff is sweet food is amazing !! Love this spot could never go wrong god bless these people and their hard worked buisness !!
