Great international food as well as exquisite Bolivian food. A MUST when in La Paz city.

A gourmet experienced. This kitchen knows what they are doing to arrest you with a full pallet of sensations. They purchase meats, cheeses. greens even right down to the onions that are highest quality, fresh, and full of flavor. Textures are created and blended perfectly. E.g. the passion fruit mouse with passion fruit drizzle: airy mouse, strong citrus notes, and seeds left in the sauce that crunch for a well rounded dessert delight.

Since we are Swiss we really enjoyed this little piece of Switzerland. Had a cheese fondue, was great. Recommend it.
