TrocaderO - La Paz

Cada vez que visito La Paz, uno de los mayores atractivos es disfrutar de una cena maravillosa en el Trocadero. Si vienes en pareja a La Paz, este es el lugar ideal.

Hemos cenado allí dos veces y ambas veces han sido excelentes. Los dueños son muy amables y tienen una excelente selección de vinos. Debería ser valorado más alto en la lista de restaurantes de La Paz.

El restaurante es acogedor aunque pequeño, su ubicación es conveniente, no está justo en el malecón pero está a pocos pasos. La comida es buena, mi recomendación imprescindible cada vez que voy son los taquitos de pato, ¡son deliciosos! Aunque los precios son un poco elevados, vale la pena para ocasiones especiales, como una celebración especial o una cena romántica.

Duck tacos are amazing! A must order. The entrecote is prepared wonderfully and the sides are a perfect match. The tuna is great, but ask for it to be less cooked. Fish of the day was prepared perfectly. We highly recommend dining here.

I saw this place on Tripadvisor and Yelp but there were no current reviews so I was a little skeptical. We went here tonight and had a wonderful dinner. So far I would say it is the best we've been in La Paz. It is not located on the Malecon but is on a side street about four blocks up from the Malecon on Avenue Jose Maria Morelos y Pavon just west of Calle Revolución de 1910. We shared a salad that came in a Long skinny dish, more than enough for two of us. I wife had a chicken dish that was fabulous with artichoke hearts and I had the fillet mignon which was cooked to perfection and as tender as any I have ever had. We are looking forward to going back again. It is well worth seeking out this restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the Malecon.
