Mosaic Restaurant - La Paz

It is a cafeteria-like restaurant with average dining, but unconsistent, not everything is ok. the service tends to be very slow but super friendly.

They offer an excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. they make a great task to combine local specialties with things like sweet or pancakes for picky food. we loved the omelette station.

We had a lot of meals here and the staff was great. The food was very good. They have a buffet, which my husband had once. He liked it. I preferred to order off the menu.

Fresh juices, custom made omelets etc. If you are vegetarian, you can just order from the menu instead of getting the buffet, where the main attraction is that you have several choices of meats. We got some custom omelets with fruit bowls made up from...the buffet and some fresh juices which was all reasonably priced and tasty.

We had breakfast here and it wasn't anything special. We opted not to have the buffet after looking it over. It just didn't look fresh. We ordered off the menu with good fresh fruit, eggs and toast. The fresh juice was also good. Service was...slow.
