Bidrage med feedbackLunch with exceptional views have been in this cellar, which is one of the few in the area of the barol which also has a restaurant. the guide has made us an explanation of all the wines, the history of the family, the barrels and has also made us visit the panoramic terrace from which you have a crazy view of the slats. peace and quiet at the restaurant we had the pleasure to have lunch with a breathtaking view. also the location very well cared for in detail, all in wood. we ate: -a dish of Piedmontese appetizers: Russian salad, meats, focaccia and vine tuna. -tajarin to the ragù (really exceptional) -degotation of cheese: bra hard, toma and grassy with jam -bonet: pudding of ancient tradition, typical of Piedmont, based on eggs, sugar, milk, cocoa, liqueur, usually rum, and dried bitter wines. all great, accompanied by several wines including three fie arneis, rose sweetness, barol and Chardonnay. everything great and unforgettable place, recommended!
Reservation degotation wines and lunch at the last minute. Cristina, who accompanied us on the route, was very helpful and competent. Wines and grappa barol of excellent quality accompanied by dishes at height. Congratulations!
Fantastic lunch next to the wine barrels, good service and good value!
We book with a few days in advance the visit to the cellar with degotation 'seven wines'. the reception was the best with a short, but exhaustive tour between casks and barriques with the competent chrystine, which, climbed on the terrace, provided us with an overview of the surroundings. excellent lunch: appetizer with bruschette, tuna calf, focaccia and cured meats, baccaà and potatoes with pastries of chickpeas and hazelnuts and vegetable flan with fondue of 'alpeggio cheeses; we continued with tajarin to the ragù, braised to the barol and the bunet. all accompanied by an excellent selection of white wines (favour and moscato, the latter paired with dessert), red wines (the barol king, but also barbera and langhe) and an extraordinary sweet-sweet rose, a true discovery. all the staff was courteous and very professional. We'll be back!
Nice location, friendly staff but unfortunately very long waiting times in the swallowing with the meal. visit only the beautiful part of the winery, the one where the wines age and which visited us did not wear the mask in covido weather. Good wines. too commercial.
