Had my daughter's 15th birthday cake planned to be made today! Marsoula was very kind and helpful! Great customer service ?? ??

They were 20 minutes from closing and their cooling plate was off, which meant the ice cream was melted by the time they made it to the register. Even though it was in cups it melted all over me before I made it home.

Great place it’s really expensive but worth it ice cream tastes good I’d recommend coffee but not the Cotten candy… Thanks Tad!

Terrible place. We walk in while no customers were in there and it takes forever for the employees to help you when though there is literally a hand full of them gossiping amongst one another. THIS PLACE DOES NOT USE GLOVES!!! The new girl training had her acrylic nails touching my ice cream while she was scooping it. The employees were making fresh cones with their bare hands. Terrible customer service. Never coming here again.
