We took the potance (bison, deer and wapiti), one thing to try! hot meat from beginning to end, tender and tasteful. ambience is not that of a cafeteria such as another critic there says, it is medieval, a fireplace although not lit, there is stone and all the tralala, good atmosphere. very good service, the bread is fresh with a good flavored oil. Good dauphinois potatoes that accompanied the meat. We recommend!

So. If you want a journey back in time at Medieval time, you will not be desapointed by the decor. But be aware that they put medieval decoration eveywhere. A mix of nice painting and dollarstore gadget. Sometimes, less is more. We are 30 travellers so it did not fit our taste at all. The food was just ok. We ordered the Potence (mix of beef, pork and chicken). The meat was good and well done. But the rice and salad served on side where below average for a restaurant. The dip were served in tiny plastic cups. They could at least served them in a ramequin (bought at the dollarstore). The staff is kind and polite and the restaurant very clean. But they are too many very good restaurant in the area to try this one.

Very disappointed atmosphere of coffee...The famous potency, pale imitation of the restaurant wendake sagamite or its something!
