She wouldn't even hand me the drink she placed it at the window asked me to grab it from the shelf, (she didnt even attempt to hand it to me) whichwas difficult, Because Not only does my window not work, (which she noticed) but she did not offer condiments i had to asktwice. And when I did she repeated everything sarcastically. I asked her name to specifically be able to review her service.She seemed sarcastic and very annoyed to be serving us. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Not only am I in the service industry(bartender)but I am a local and have never received service this bad in this location. I am very displeased
Beware if you use the drive through, it?s unbelievably incompetent. After a number of times where the wait time was extremely long, today I drove through, ordered French toast sticks and when I got to work to eat them, realized there was no syrup. WhenI called them the worker told me that they are out of syrup. Something she could have told me when I ordered. Im done withthis establishment!
This place has no drive thru, if you want to speed up the process, make sure you have an order with the app. Otherwise it's your standard Jack In The Box. Staff are friendly, food is good, lots of parking and convenient location.
I was once again extremely disappointed with the tacos. They contained lettuce and cheese, but they were served cold. The cashier, who might have been a manager, seemed overwhelmed with store orders and that negatively affected my experience. Additionally, the staff member who handed me my food was rude and insisted on speaking in Spanish, which I don’t understand.
The food was decent, but the girl at the drive-thru window today was quite disrespectful. When I arrived, I greeted her with a smile and a friendly "Hi," but she seemed irritated, possibly from a long day. She was very impatient while I looked for my card, which took me less than a minute. During that time, she kept tapping her hand on the counter and sighing loudly to make it clear she was annoyed. Her facial expression also conveyed her impatience. Her tone was rushed and abrupt, and when she handed me my bag, it felt rude. Overall, she created a really negative and impatient atmosphere, and I hadn’t done anything to provoke it; she was already acting this way when I approached. This incident occurred today, November 7, 2022, around 4:07 PM at the drive-thru window.
