Bidrage med feedbackMy uncle aunt brought us to the French restaurant, which is really good for brunch! So I have the eggs Benedikt #2 and my mother has the French dip that is really good!! So I recommend you go to this place when you have a vacation in San Diego. They also make bakery for Cakes Breads. Judgment of the Court of Justice
Great little place for brunch! We all have the French toast and we all loved him. The three of us also share a bottle of champagne and got orange and pineapple juice to make our own mimoses at the table. It was all delicious and its outer dining area is sweet and cozy with comfortable chairs. I didn't take any pastries home, but next time I will!
I've been here for regular and SDRW. Amazing as always. It's small and comfortable. I like the servers and the atmosphere. Their menu is great. Honestly, when someone asks me where to go for French food, I always recommend this place. I am not quite sure about authenticity but I'd like to think it's similar to what I'd get in France. Highly recommended
Great Escargot! Salads were great. I wish I had ordered the flat iron steak, my friend's was great. If you are going to go make sure to order something you wouldn't make at home. The chicken was so so . I should have gone with duck. We weren't told the specials, heard them told to the table next to us and I would have gone with one of those as well but we had already put our order in. But got to cut restaurant slack now you know they're running on lower staff and great chef turnover. But it was nice to be in somewhere that seemed pretty busy at least.
We bought pastries from the bakery and ate in the restaurant. The pastries were delicious with the exception of the macrons. They were too sweet and were not as good as in Paris. We bought 10 and didn't eat all of them and we love macrons. The restaurant was a nice experience. The staff were relaxed and friendly, totally give a feeling of calming in and enjoy yourself. The beet and pear salad (which was new in the menu) was a big hit. I can't tell you the last time I had a salad I carved about. We had the carpaccio as an appetizer, which was very nice. My husband had the flat steak. He really enjoyed it. I ordered the lamb frame that was pretty good. Both plates had very generous portions. We had no desert. If we're in San Diego, we're definitely back.
