Bidrage med feedbackI would say the service is 4.5 Stars, and that Paola provided very helpful service when I ordered my food on July 5, 2023 for myself and family. I can tell she was a bit new on the job, but she was very accommodating in our requests. I had two items put on the side instead of on the Subway sandwiches and she was very understanding. I hope management appreciates her efforts.
The girls in the morning were very attentive, my Subway was very good, the place was clean and the ingredients were very fresh. I love going to that place.
Suppeeer terrible service… workers very distractedI placed my order through the app and it arrived “late” and it was not yet ready to make matters worse, they left me waiting until there was no longer any line to start making mine
I 've had problems with this Subway in the past, but decided to give them another try...wrong! Once again, I ordered online with specific instructions to 'please put the dressing on the side as I will be eating this later '..and once again, they obviously didn 't bother to read the instructions, as the dressing was put on the sandwich. I even had THANK YOU , all in caps. How difficult is it to read the order and the instructions? Apparently very difficult as this is probably the fourth time this has happened (there WON 'T be a fifth time! Yes, they remade it while I stood there (and after I apologized for asking them to remake it ...and yet an apology never came from the three workers. The older woman with broken English kept talking to the two younger workers in Spanish, which I didn 't appreciate in the slightest. When I picked the sandwich up off the rack...felt for the round containers and realized there weren 't any...I asked her if the dressing was on the side. She says, yes, dressing is on the sandwich . What else. Suffice to say, I won 't be coming back to this Subway, EVER. Too many other Subways out there where the staff can read and comprehend the instructions...shouldn 't be too much to ask.
The wrong sandwich was made and delivered. I ordered and paid for the #11 Subway Club and I paid extra for bacon , I received the #10 All American Club. My sandwich was missing the roast beef and cheese. Hardly any meat and lot's of wilted shredded lettuce. I won't be back, probably EVER!!!! What a disappointment, $20 down the drain, for a sandwich only, no chips or drinks or anything Toal waste of my time and money.
