Panera Bread - La Grange Park

Dirty floors, water on the floor through soaking penders. juvenile allowed to take tassen with kiosk to take drinks..not pay and behave in series. employees are friendly, but wish the manager would correct these problems.

My panera and I come here almost every day. I do not notice the cleanliness problems. could use something to rebuild; there is a chair rail that falls off the rear wall. her coffee is pretty good and brot is great. good suppe. I've always been well treated here.

I have lived near this panera since they opened years ago. my order is more wrong than it is right. tonight I came home with my Mediterranean veggie sandwich and there was no hummus on it!

La grange panera has the best ice cream in comparison to Panera’s in westernchester, willowbrook and downers grove. it is stronger and not so watered.

Listen. I love Panera. I really do. But wow is my view of Panera changed after today. I’ve been to a lot of different Paneras but haven’t been to this one in a couple of years. All of the other Paneras I’ve been to have been very pleasant, good food, good vibes, etc. This Panera couldn’t be more opposite. For starters it was trashed. Like super dirty. Garbage on the floor, food on the floor, food on the tables and chairs, napkins and cups left on tables. Mind you this place is carpeted which made it even worse. Obviously it’s partly the fault of customers for not cleaning up after themselves but also, I was at Panera all day working and not once did someone sweep/clean a table. The bathroom was also gross, stuff all over the floor, smelled horrible, sticky toilet seat. And to top it all off, my Muffie was stale. All in all a pretty bad experience at Panera. Would I ever recommend someone come to this location? Absolutely not. Would I come here again? Sadly, probably yes.
