Ultimate Provence - La Garde-Freinet

We're back enchanted with our stay. The people who work in this hotel are in small care and smiling. The hotel is beautiful and very well organized, it was perfect!! A special mention for Natacha and Wendy both professionals of the spa. These are true professional bodies who have envoured us by their massages and kindness. Beautiful hotel with a refreshing setting and a relaxing place. We enjoyed our duo massage at the SPA with Wendy and Rita which are very friendly and very softWith the dish of the day glass of wine and transat around the pool.

We stayed one night in Ultimate Provence. Hotel found by chance on our route. Out of season, the price was more than correct. The place is great, heated swimming pool at 29°C, activities (velo, wine tasting, spa... spacious, comfortable and very well decorated rooms, lots of common spaces, very nice to read a book or work. There are, however, some important points to improve my taste: the service is friendly but lacks professionalism. the restaurant is far too expensive for the quality of the dishes (a burrata entrance to 24€, pasta parmesan truffles to almost 30€... breakfast to 20€, with very few choices (viennoiseries and bread mainly . At least we should propose a choice of la carte lashes for this price. the SPA closed on Monday (and also on Tuesday when we went there I see that the other comments go in this sense, I really hope there will be improvement on this subject because the domain has a lot of potential. If we had paid the strong price in the season, the previous points would not have been acceptable.

Staying at the castle of berne we wanted to discover the rest of the group and to go to lunch at the UP, reception lamentable we are in a 4 star , we decide when we even had lunch on site and we wouldn't have had when we don't feel it we have to leave. short a young waiter comes to take care of us, he doesn't know the map or the dish of the day or the menu at last he knows nothing, all we wanted to order there isn't the map is not top at all there really isn't much, my husband decides to take a quota of beef that offered him, but the waiter comes back and tells him you shouldn't take it alone, without you mentioning the note because the price of the dish was not displayed anywhere and we were never given 120€ for what was served it is flight!!!!!! I was going to forget the bread too is frozen you will never see you deserve your 4 stars

A great time from beginning to end. A beautiful setting. The SPA, decoration, dishes and especially the attention of the staff made us spend a wonderful weekend. Magic
