This is the only place where I will stop for burger, great bungalows that have always been roasted, never burned.

Luz provided horrible customer services. Was in a bad mood took my order wrong when informed of the mistake refused to correct it. Will never go to that location again.

Asked for a bag of ice— couldn’t sell me it. Asked to purchase atleast a large cup of ice for the 54 cents, the employee Luz stated she couldn’t do that either. When a different employee came out and I expressed my issue, he went back in and came out saying he didn’t know why she (luz) didn’t want to sell me the ice, just that she stayed firm that she wouldn’t. Horrible customer service.

Luz super rude. Not from the area but I’ve heard multiple complaints from friends and family about the individual. Don’t understand if you’re not happy to work don’t be working.

Ordered the steak sandwich combo. I asked for NO TOMATOES The person taking my order repeated it back to me. And they still put tomotoes. One day you guys are gonna hurt someone who has food allergies. You need to pay better attention to your orders. Onion rings tasted like they were covered with the same batter as fish.01/11/22 tues Once again I specially asked for NO TOMATOES on my sandwich and once again I got tomatoes. They called it back to me when I ordered it as well.Only getting 1 ?
