OMA Cafe - La Dorada

Grandma has a traditional menu with many options to choose from small dishes to a full lunch / breakfast. Atmosphere is very nice, not loud, comfortable tables. Service is very good, fast and always ask how your meal goes. Portions are good, in some cases you can even share. There is a terrace, you can sit outside and enjoy the good weather, pet-friendly restaurant. Price is fair, Grandma could be a good way to bring family, customers or friends.

My wife and I went here for a relatively early breakfast on Sunday. Overall, I should say it was good, nothing spectacular, but good. I had the French Omelette and my wife had the Cacerola de Huevos con Tocineta y Papa. We were both happy with our choice. The Feijoa juice also turned out to be a good choice. We also ordered pancakes and French toast. The latter were somewhat better than the former, but at least on the weak side. Finally, the cappuccinos were very good, they must praise. We sat outside on the terrace that was comfortable enough. The service at the beginning was good, fast, but after that we felt left. For example, I asked for an additional portion of syrup that never came until my wife decided to go inside and remind her of our request. Overall, I guess the price is ok. It was not expensive compared to other upscale restaurants.

We chose OMA based on the fact that there were many cartridges and there are beautiful terrace seats. Please, sitting in front of the facility, against the back (less comfortable) part of the restaurant. OMA offers a complete menu for food and dessert. The dessert menu looked very welcoming and they advertised a good food experience. However, the meal was less than average and the Hugo nature was also less than average. I think OMA is pampering well, but has to put the same passion into his non-dessert kitchen. I would recommend OMA for Dessert, but based on our meal experience, we would not recommend to eat. Fui solo por un café, y me sentí decepcionada. Pedí un macchiato y no sé si es la tostión del café o la mano del barista, pero no sabía para nada a un café de buena calidad, por lo que por obligación toca agregarle azúcar sí o sí, lo cual comprueba que el café no cumple con los estándares de calidad. Chevere el sitio y la atención del personal, pero no parece que tengan mucho conocimiento del café y su tratamiento.

Sin duda me encanta este sitio, el cafe me parece delicioso, el servicio es excelente, el lugar tranquilo, apacible y al mismo tiempo alegre.
