We stayed 4 nights on New Year's Eve 2023, excellent hotel, clean, with excellent views with excellent staff, very polite and ready to serve you at any time.I want to make special mention of two of the people at the reception in laurène and julle,(sorry if i wrote it wrong his name)beautiful people with human behaviour who helped us a lot to make our stay enjoyable.I highly recommend it and we will visit it again next year. I don't know the hotel, but the hotel restaurant which ultimately issues the bill for the meal on behalf of the hotel. The service is poor in January 2024 and the dishes are served before the aperitif is finished... and especially before the table is actually set! Morality: fondue not melted, served cold because the stove is not on, and without a plate or cutlery bread too hard and not easily edible, etc. RESTAURANT LA TABLE DES NEIGES TO AVOID. Food drinks: Very average service and food.
