Knockout Pizza - La Costa

Update 10/22. For a gazillion years they did not have Canadian bacon and pineapple! One of the guys said the owner did not believe in it, being New York Pizza and all. Well I always had to drive somewhere else to get a Canadian bacon and pineapple with jalapenos for the last 20 plus years even though we are closer to Hawaii than New York and this is California after all. I noticed in a picture on the website although it's not on the listed ingredients, so I called and yes they have it! Very happy as I don't have to drive all over anymore as I just live down the street.Great for a quick couple slices and a soda. Pizza is good and a good value. Pet friendly if you get a table facing and almost outside. My boarder collies love the pizza crust I toss to them.

This Pizza is a knockout! It is just as good as New York Pizza. The toppi is ate fresh and plentifulThe crust is thin and cooked to perfection.We were pleasantly surprised ! We loved the pizza. It's great for takeout. Price is on par when getting toppings. From the outside you wouldn't know this place exists. Highly recommend if you love New York style pizza ?! There are vegetarian options but parking is limited to the streets or you can park in public parking lot. ? Vegetarian options: Peppers, olives, artichokes we loved! Parking: If you find a spit on the street don't hesitateWe found a spot right there on the street!

Best cheap meal in Carlsbad! The combo deals are great, and they have a kid's slice option too.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years at least. The atmosphere and service is always great! The food for the most over the years has been great. Recently, I feel like the pizza quality has gone downhill.

Friendly, splendid atmosphere, delicious pizza ? slices, love the classic films playing on the TV.
