I have ordered online many different times over the years. Recently, there was a hair in my sandwich on three different occasions. The first time, I didn't say anything. The second time, I called and mentioned it was a problem. Then after about a month, I ordered again. My daughters sandwich had a long brown hair in it. I went down to the location and requested a refund. They were kind about it but how is it that it happened to my three consecutive times. Will never go there again.
Your waiting around to place your order and get charged for extra items that they dont put on your order when you ask. Theres several employees just standing around dont know how to take an order and take more than 30 minutes trying to place an order and then another 30 trying to get your order. Pleas go elsewhere the service is horrible.
Ordered online for pick up. We found multiple pieces of hair in both subs. This was unsatisfactory. My wife found 3 pieces of hair, my daughter also found one.
I went there hoping for a great Italian sub, but as I watched them making it, I was cringing. There were so many health code violations, I wanted to leave. But I had already ordered, and was with someone who didn't want to leave. So, I ate my sub anyway. They were handling money food with unwashed hands on the bare counter. The sub actually tasted good. But, later, I was vomiting for a long time. For this reason, I never went back.
