Crust Pizzeria Carlsbad - La Costa

Difficult review to give since you can feel the struggle and desire to get better but the service staff is inexperienced and not managed, price/quality is not there … if you want to be a sports bar then embrace it, but this wannabe high end italian and frat house concept is just not working.

We ordered the Kelly pizza. Delicious. Probably the best crust I’ve ever eaten. Our waitress, Kay, was helpful and informative. If I lived here, I’d be back all the time.

Crust has been a staple for Carlsbad locals for many years… Great pizza, great beer, and great ambiance. Kay, the bartender, is amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Kay was our server on 03/26/24 and she was super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing!

The chicken wings with the honey sauce are addictive. The wines are well priced. Nice atmosphere.
