Coa Mexican Eatery Tequileria

COA is a great spot for Mexican food in a fun atmosphere. The service is great and portions are huge. For us an entree is more than enough for two.

This is an outstanding Mexican restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the food arrives at your table incredibly quickly. I highly recommend it for vegetarians, as you can easily customize your order to exclude meat if you wish. The photo here shows the steak fajitas, but it was taken after some was eaten, so there’s actually a lot more than what’s visible! They also serve excellent drinks, like Margaritas, and delicious desserts. Plus, there's a complimentary basket of chips and salsa. On Tuesdays, tacos are just $1.50. For vegetarians, there are plenty of customizable options available.

First time here and was blown away by how fresh and tasty all the food was! Reasonably priced, friendly staff. This is one of our new favorites for when we visit La Conner!

Last night, I went around 6 to meet a date. The place was busy. The food had always been amazing. But man, was I disappointed in the service. As soon as they sat us, and I mean immediately, they were asking what we wanted. We didn't even get a chance to look at the menu. Not shortly after, did they come back to ask us again. It took all but 10 minutes before we got our food. Which was great. But not even 5 minutes later, they were asking if we were still working on our plates. It was clear we had hardly touched our plates. And no joking when I say, 10 minutes later, they came back with boxes for us. Shortly after, she showed up with the pad for us to pay. We were planning on getting dessert. But she shoved the ipad in my dates face so he could pay. We were there probably no longer then 30 minutes. From sitting down to paying. After we paid we decided to sit there a little longer and pick at our chips, since we were there to enjoy each other's company. Our waitress came back to see we were still sitting there, gave us a nasty look and made a comment to the other waiter. Like how dare we not leave immediately after paying. I have never felt so rushed and pushed out in a restaurant in my entire life.
