Living in gembloux, I didn’t know this place and I’m thrilled to have done crazy with the leader and his team! Excellent! very pleasant setting, in short I will come back!

Back from a family party to the restaurant basile cuisine gourmet à la bruyère (namur) menu 6 services and wines. that say other than perfect from aperitif to desserts. a local aperitif, original, fine, long balanced really very good and its small mouths. two inventive entries, two dishes also inventive and just cooking. two desserts, the first refreshing, the second a great classic “the white lady” but when it’s done with three vanillas and turbined on site and chocolate with siphon, it becomes sublime. the wines offered with each dish are also original and have given a lot of pleasure to the tasting. really an address I recommend warmly. I even forgot the bread to the leaven accompanying it is a real cake!
