Bidrage med feedbackI haven't been drinking since 3 years, and this place attracted me because of its interior design and its special location. the coolest dieucks I have visited so far, they have to sit on the floor to drink and eat, which are well on the second stage, and it is cold inside that is good for the summer. such a Japanese opportunity to enjoy coffee and rest here.
We first came here and it was nice. the neighbourship is very quiet (maybe because we have arrived at the opening). there were many small shops around this location! (unfortunately we couldn't look past the small shops for souvenirs or other food stands because we were on a tight schedule. it is like a regular dieucks, but the place feels more comfortable. I think it's because of the layout, it's like a house! (if everything is a house! tipps: 1. if you drive your own car: don't take the last right turn, since the end is legit a set of stairs and nowhere turn a u, so if you don't want to stand up with a car to come out and really stand, then I'll knock before the last right turn on the paid parking place. it's a short walk. 2. You won't really find it if you don't care. we couldn't find the place until they were closed. we found it only because of the strong delicious coffee aroma in the environment. . (and also we saw the Starbucks sign finally, see picture published 3. when ordering/payment they will do this at the first counter. after the payment, they go past the first counter and they will find another counter where the batista is to get them drinks! 4. They are more seats on the second floor! 5. if they have a lot of time, walk around and explore! we saw this 4 animal pagoda when we went up the stairs! I really recommend checking it! it is an interesting place. there is certainly another mood! good spots for pictures!
The most beautiful ones I've ever seen. tatami room in the upper floor (as well as table seats).
Dieucks kyoto ninenzaka yasaka chaya turned into a charming old Japanese style house with a tatami room and a Japanese zehengarten. Relax and enjoy our green tea macha caramel frappuccino before we start our tour of kyoto.
Love the atmosphere! It’s such a nice building and I love how Starbucks kept the vibes as a matchiya!
