Miso Pota - Kyoto

I tried two types of soup, one was with tomatoe and cold which was not really my kind of taste. The other one was a hot miso soup with mushroom flavour but both of them don 't really had a strong taste. It is really a 3 seat restaurant, no joke! : 'D It was okay, bit I was still hungry and didn ' t recognize the taste as special

I had the lunch set and it was very delicious! It was such a cute store with just 3 seats inside (just enough space for myself and 2 friends to escape the summer heat with vegan/vegetarian options clearly labelled. The store clerk was very lovely and suggested some other nice places to get vegan food nearby! I would definitely recommend :

This place sells little cups of expensive, dead-average soup. Do not expect satisfaction here.

Note that the croissant is labelled on the menu as vegetarian . All other items are labelled, vegan and vegetarian . The girl serving was very polite and helpful. Her English is a zillion times better than my Japanese. The soup was nice but the tomato soup for example drowned out the flavour of the miso.

The soup was not very flavourful and not very filling. The onigiri are very big but again not much flavour. Staff was lovely but I would not eat here again.
