Bidrage med feedbackI have worked in and around restaurants for about fifteen years that everything is familiar and the feeling of wonder and show is gone when I eat. This was the first experience I had in the last memory that made me with this overwhelming warm all about the feeling that comes with good food very well prepared in a comfortable environment that is not overhauled, paired with excellent service in the front house and back. Five stars. I loved the set menu all that was set before me, fit the other elements well. The organ meat directly from the grill was particularly good.
Wonderful Yakitori restaurant in a Kyoto Machiya (old style wood) house, just a few blocks from Oike subway stop on the Karasuma line. The staff were very accommodating and were the first and only place we found in Kyoto, who understood my wife's gluten intolerance well and knew exactly what she should do for her to have an excellent safe meal. The food was very good. Really. Matcha and Hojicha (red tea) We had ice best in Kyoto. The place is at least 2 steps of hole in the wall yakitori places. Reservations are not required, but are likely to be a good idea. Prices were appropriate for the quality and quantity you receive. We had one of the sets and it was about $30/person. With drinks and dessert we paid about $90 for 2 in total. Great atmosphere, great service, good gluten-free food. Great night!
Excellent yakitori. This is one of the few places open for lunch and serves excellent food. Lunch is great. The service is very sincere and refined. Very recommended.
Fantastic grilled chicken, very helpful staff and welcome atmosphere. This place is for all barbecue lovers.
