My recent visit to KFC Kwinana was an utter disaster, far beyond disappointment. The chicken I received was not just undercooked; it was raw, signaling a complete disregard for basic food safety protocols. This isn't just about unmet culinary expectations; it's a severe health hazard that could have dire consequences. The staff's lack of knowledge on food safety was matched only by their appalling approach to customer service. It seemed as if they had never been briefed on the fundamentals of customer interaction, leaving much to be desired in how they addressed concerns and engaged with patrons. Compounding the misery was the frequent sight of an unmanned counter, an unforgivable oversight that contributed to a chaotic and disorganized environment. This was particularly egregious given the snaking line out the door, a clear indication that management was woefully inadequate at handling even modest crowds. In sum, my experience at KFC Kwinana was nothing short of a nightmare. The failure to adhere to basic standards of food safety, combined with abysmal customer service and operational incompetence, paints a picture of a business that has lost its way. Urgent and comprehensive action is needed to rectify these issues before someone suffers serious health consequences.

Hubby and I should have learnt our lesson by now!! The food served up from this outfit is nothing short of disgusting!! What ever happened to food quality assurance?? Chips were cold, the chicken was dry and overcooked and the potato and gravy tasted like a chemical had been added. It’s worth taking a trip down to Rockingham KFC, their food is better than Kwinana KFC and so is their service. Service: Take out
