Uniboomboom Ringwood - Kurunjang

Been to Glen Waverley store few times but first time came to Ringwood one. Impressed with the outdoor eye catching decorations! Ordered a Happy Sushi Chirashi it is well presented with fresh ingredients. Also colourful with a combi of sashimi chilling texture sprinkle with some added seasoning making it slightly different than the other’s typical chirashi. Would surely coming back for its other selections!

Very disappointed. I just order take away tonight, when I open the box, I don't know the ingredients are fresh or not, I just saw the sea urchin and arctic shellfish is not clean, looks so ugly.

Pre order my food to be pick up at 12pm but waited 30 minutes and only leave the restaurant at 12.30pm, 30 minutes after my scheduled collection time. Not 5 or 10 minutes late but 30 minutes, not sure if I will go back anytime soon because of the long delay. For office worker who only have one hour lunch break, this is not helpful at all for lunch order to be 30 minutes late especially I went to pick up personally not through any delivery platform.

Uniboomboom is hidden gem in ringwood. We ordered the sushi and happy family my father is so happy the rice is better then anywhere so soft and yummy love the fish very fresh and amazingly delicious I will sure come back again
