Son Of Tucci - Kurunjang

Son of Tucci is a staple local favourite. Never go wrong with their menu items and coffee. Baked treats are always yum too.

I am really picky about my coffee, but even I thought the coffee was spectacular. Possible one of the best places to get a cup of coffee Melbourne.

It's no wonder Son of Tucci has such a high zomato rating. We visited on a weekend and the place was packed to the rafters. We were fortunate to find a cosy spot for brunch. The smashed avo was spectacular. There was a generous amount of avocado and the poached eggs were perfect. All the other bits and pieces added rounded out the dish. Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit.

Son of Tucci is a cute cafe in Mount Waverley, favoured by the locals. <br/ <br/ The venue has a rustic feel and a very warm and inviting atmosphere. We opted to sit outside on a sunny Monday.<br/ <br/ To start, I had an Iced Coffee which had the ice cream served as a teddy bear! A very delicious coffee that was almost too cute to drink.<br/ <br/ For food, we went for the Breaky Tasting Platter, Atlantic Salmon, and Lamb Gnocchi. <br/ <br/ I loved the idea of the Breaky Tasting Platter, which offers three small sample sizes of their most popular dishes. Perfect for people who can’t make their mind up! My favourite part was the maple bacon which seriously exceeded my expectations I’m usually not too big on bacon, I’ve never had bacon so good like this! The breakfast bowl was also delicious and very refreshing.<br/ <br/ The Salmon was probably our favourite dish of the day. The salmon itself was cooked perfectly it was flakey and fall apart tender, and the skin was nice and crispy too. It’s filling, yet light from the salad. Absolutely delicious!<br/ <br/ I had heard good things about the Lamb Gnocchi so we decided to try it for ourselves. The texture of the gnocchi is just perfect! It’s so soft and pillowy, delicious when coated in the ragu. It’s a very filling dish and full of cheese too!<br/ <br/ Overall, I had an amazing time at Son of Tucci, and I’d highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.<br/ <br/ Thank you so much for having us!

Love the food here and coffee is very good and always consistent. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Clean, spacious and ample parking. Great variety of brunch and lunch items as well as drinks and cakes and pastries.
