I'm done. Like that's it. I've had it with this bullshit. The foccacia I got from here is insulting. I'm insulted at how amazing this foccacia is. I ordered the chicken focaccia and these feta cheese pastry bites and oh my god, I'm disgusted at how exceptional and delicious it is. The chicken focaccia was toasted, yet so soft. There was no battle with your teeth trying to crunch through the bread, it was soft and had that classic focaccia crunch. Full of amazing fillings, this is the mother of all focaccias. Those feta cheese bites too are something else. Soft and warm, it just melts in your mouth. There is no competition, this is the best bakery in existence. The search is over, I've found it. Of course, lovely service from the blond woman who did the drive thru, she's fantastic! We were in the blue Colorado if you remember us! I will be back for as long as I live, this place is 10/10!

The bougatsa here is fantastic. Best I’ve had to date. The hint of lemon in the semolina custard is outstanding. Will definitely be back for this Grecian delight. Well done Perasma. Opa!!

Highly recommend this place! They have one of the best tiropitas I have eaten in Australia and I really enjoyed the Freddo cappuccino as well. Plus they have a drive through which is really practical.

The coffee is always perfect, fantastic service and always beautiful food that tastes amazing. I’ve had breakfast here on multiple occasions and have had the banana butterscotch pancakes, the healthy start and the eggs and bacon. All of which were presented beautifully and tasted even better.
