La Belle Miette - Kurunjang

Lizzie’s first impression: been here many times to buy macaroons and I must say it’s the best macarons in Melbourne. No doubt! <br/ <br/ Lizzie enjoyed: I love all the flavours but in particular the earl grey and the rose flavour. I love how they have many flavours to choose from and their packaging is so cute.<br/ <br/ Lizzie did not enjoy: they do cost an arm and a leg but it’s worth it!<br/ <br/

4.0 Very Good<br/ <br/ Haven’t had a macaron in a long while, where better than to get it at La Belle Miette which obviously had left an impression on me last time I had them. They’ve got an array of pastel coloured flavours, all of which have intriguing flavour profiles. I wanted to taste them all!<br/ <br/ One of the ones I tasted was the pistachio one, aside from tasting like pistachios it was very delicate with a slight satisfying chew to it. Too much pressure (i.e. your fingers) and you’d end up cracking the shell. I also had their earl grey tea with a lovely chocolate filling. I did find the violet and blueberry a tad sugary but enjoyable nonetheless. Wish I had a pot of tea going, that would have been the perfect accompaniment for the macarons.<br/ <br/ They are perfectly handcrafted and on the smaller side so you can sample multiple flavours without getting too fatigued. They also had a special Lunar New Year flavour, Golden Mandarin which had mandarin, caramel and vanilla. Unfortunately my auntie gobbled it up before I could get to it.

La Belle Miette have the best Macarons in Melbourne! They have so many beautiful flavours to choose from. They also have a gorgeous selection of French teas and lovely packaging for gifts! I always feel like I take a trip to Paris when I walk into the store!

Macarons were crunchy from the outside and the texture in the middle section was soft but not too sweet, both kids and adults would like how it taste. Ladies that served me are lovely and kind, they’re keen to recommend you what they prefer, and it all came out really well, love it thanks! :
