Terrible delivery experience, ordered a spicy quesadilla that ended up with flat bread soaked with too much hot sauce and unmelted cheese. Ordered a nacho fries and came up with nacho with some chicken that’s way too stale. Terrible experience, not a franchise I’ll visit ever again.

Guzzy workers have no business being the best workers of all time. There was an issue where our uber guy stole our burrito bowl, so one of the managers drove to my house to deliver me one even after I got my meal. So kind

Made an online order for a 12.30pm pick up. Staff had no record of our order so nothing was made when we arrived. Had to show them our online confirmation receipt/ order and they made it for us. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Burritos were good. Nacho fries were also good. Ordered extra guacamole for the Burrito bowl $2 extra) and was only given a small portion. The corn chips also tasted a bit stale.

Ordered through ubereats although the food was nice I was actually missing one item of food but was still charged for it. Hot chips were cold too. Probs better if I picked up my order.

Great lunch today.Ordered the burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken and added avocado. Fresh flavours, filling and reasonably cheap. First time trying guzman y gomez and i will return !
