Very nice little local cafe! Cozy welcoming decor with friendly vibes... You can easily sit there for hours if you have the time... Excellent coffee and scrumptious selection of foods! Will definitely be back

Been here a few times now. The coffee and food are really good. Also the staff are really lovely and make the experience even better. I would recommend this place if you want a coffee and some picky food

Great atmosphere, exceptional service, friendly staff and most of all great coffee! <br/ <br/ I am yet to work through the food menu, the antipasto menu looked quite appetising and they had a selection of fresh juices and pastries to choose from! I tried the salmon salad which was great! I’m keen to come up for breakfast! Will recommend Essenza to anyone who loves a good coffee and bite to eat! <br/ <br/ I noticed a plan to serve liquor on the front window which would be great as Kilsyth lacks anything with a bit of class.

Thought I would give this fairly new local cafe a try and I wasn’t disappointed. Went in for breakfast and started with a long black in a mug which was very good. I had their signature breakfast dish, Uova in Padella, was a very nice take on baked eggs in a very impressive sauce with 2 pieces of delicious bread. I sat outside on the footpath and only went inside to pay, indoor decor was nice, but it was warm in there. Sitting outside was good as the shops are in their own service road away from the main road, so noise and fumes are not a problem. Their menu had a good variety, but not too large. Definitely worth a try.
